APC are pleased to have welcomed several disabled people and their carers from Monmouth
On the morning of Thursday 22nd April 2010 Abergavenny Petanque Club welcomed several disabled people and their carers from Monmouth, which turned out to be a very pleasurable experience.
The morning was a great success and proved that the game has no limitations for anyone who wants to play. After an initial explanation of how the game is played and a little coaching, a game was played between Jamie in the wheelchair on the right and Ben in the front middle. It turned out to be a very close encounter with Jamie coming out on top.
